Taming My Temper is a comprehensive 6 week program that helps children ages 7 - 11 learn to identify, understand and manage their big emotions. Mandatory Intake with child and parent required in advance.

TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA - ADULT

Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a 6 week program that is designed for those who have experienced trauma. For many, the impacts of trauma will leave lasting effects such as depression, anxiety, stress, irritability,

dissociation or Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  Join us and you will learn ways to calm and ground the body, to connect with their experience in the present  moment, and to bring a friendly awareness to the body and the mind. This program is taught by a qualified Yoga Instructor.

ART THERAPY - YOUTH OR ADULT

Art Therapy is a mental health practice combining psychotherapeutic theory and the creative process. Supported by the Art Therapist, participants engage in the creative process of art making to improve and enhance physical, emotional and mental well-being.  Courses available for Adults, Teen and Child/Youth.
